TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: March 2025. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LexFlow platform operated by LexFlow (Pty) Ltd ("LexFlow", "we", "us").

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using LexFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. MONTH-TO-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION

LexFlow operates on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 30 (thirty) days' written notice to the other party. No long-term commitment is required.

3. USE OF SERVICE

LexFlow is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Access is provided via the internet. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable South African law.

4. NO LEGAL ADVICE

While LexFlow provides tools for legal administration (e.g., Letter of Demand generators, FICA intake forms), LexFlow does not provide legal advice. You remain solely responsible for the legal validity, accuracy, and compliance of all documents generated. LexFlow does not verify the authenticity of uploaded documents or the legal appropriateness of generated content.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LexFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of fees or billable time) arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 3 (three) months preceding the claim.

6. JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
